Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form. For your convenience, you can also print and fill out our New Patient Form to bring to your appointment.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will start by going over your medical and dental history and completing a comprehensive dental exam. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

At Wellington Dental Clinic, we'll help you navigate our options for payment, insurance claims, so you can focus on achieving your dental goals. If you have any questions about your insurance coverage or our accepted payment methods, please do not hesitate to ask one of our administrative staff members.
